I was introduced to the concept of coaching through work, but it would be many years before I turned to a coach for help. I remember vividly when I knew I needed coaching.
I had become a people pleaser, my self-confidence was very low, I was overwhelmed, and I had started suffering from stress and anxiety. I realised that I needed help to change my life, so I started working with a coach. These sessions helped me reframe my thoughts, revisit my dreams, and make different decisions. Coaching helped me address what was ultimately important to me and how I would create change.
You may ask, “what is coaching?” In its simplest form, coaching moves you from having a desire to achieving the goal in an accelerated fashion, by developing a success mindset, taking action and being committed. As the client, you set the agenda and, with my positive psychology coaching in Shoreditch and around the UK, I facilitate the process.
